Wow! Where has the term gone? I must say I have a beautiful class which has been made up with all of your beautiful children. It has been a rewarding and challenging term for all of us. Next term our topic is mini beasts and a whole school focus in science is the living world. My aim is for the children to come up with their own questions and what they want to learn about. Already the science trolley has been very popular and has allowed the children to investigate even deeper. Please don't stop encouraging them to share other experiments and wanting to share with others.
Spelling is beginning term 2. Children will come home with their note book on a Monday with their new words. Please help your child to learn them each night and try to test them randomly so that they are not just memorizing their words. Each Friday they will be tested, their goal is to get their words correct in their spelling tests and in their story writing. By now you would have a list of their words you need to focus on each week. Thank you so much for your support
